Overview:
In a strategic move towards addressing global environmental challenges, Yuva Mitra has launched a significant initiative in Ratnagiri aimed at creating eco-balanced villages. The project aligns with the Seventh Operational Phase of the Global Environment Facility’s Small Grants Program (SGP-OP7), focusing on biodiversity conservation, combating land degradation, and climate adaptation. The project not only addresses the urgent issues of global warming and climate change but also builds the resilience of local communities by integrating sustainable practices across various thematic areas.
